Pricing Schemes

ABT Ltd has been in existence for over 19 years and provides three specific computer services, Software Training, Advice by Telephone, and Information Technology Services. The combination of these three companies is designed to provide you with a total care package for your entire computer needs, today, tomorrow and the future.

Option 1	Ad-Hoc Call Out to you on site	£50 per call out and first hour on site plus £50 for each additional hour on or off site (Exclusive of VAT and parts)
Option 2	Total Care Management package for the small to medium business This package combines the services of option 2 but goes a step further in providing you with complete peace of mind. The aim of this option is to alleviate from you the worry of computing. ABT – ITServices will, in addition to option 2, dedicate one half day per calendar month (or more or less as you require) visit your premises. During these visits we will: Review the use of your computer systems, ensure your staff are confident in the use and review any management issues that may arise in the use of your equipment. During the visit we will also provide consultancy services to progress your IT strategy, address any immediate training needs on a group or one to one basis, carry out minor routine maintenance on your Pc’s. advise and guide you on security issues. We will also be available to supervise any additional work, which needs to be carried out by any third party engineers or specialists.	In addition to the Advice by Telephone subscription each half-day visit will be charged at £190, or £300 for a full day. (Exclusive of VAT and parts)
