How do we help you? Advice by telephone can help you in two ways. We have two services
iSupport is an technical support service which uses e-mail and web-pages to access the service. As such, you will require access to an e-mail account prior to subscription. The Gold Support scheme is a telephone based service, but also offers the added service of providing buying advice and advice on business related software. Emails and letters also can be sent at any time. The benefits of both of these services to your employees are that they will enable them to become more computer literate and enable staff to deal with more trivial technical questions rather than having to constantly ask your IT department staff. This of course would relieve your internal helpdesk with trivial questions and enable them to deal with the more crucial problems. When can we help? Depending on the way in which you ask your questions, you can contact us at different times.
What does it cost? There are several prices for different services within Advice By Telephone: iSupport Service: Gold Card Service: Price for iSupport service and gold card personal subscriptions include VAT, gold card business subscription excludes VAT. All prices are for one user, one computer. For all other subscriptions contact Advice Administration on +44 (0) 845 226 7696 as discounts may be available. How do I join? Joining the advice by telephone service is a very easy process, whether by phone, post or online, signing up is extremely simple. At the moment, it is only possible to sign up online for one person, one computer subscriptions. All other types of subscription purchases should be made on the free phone number.
